Please fill out a separate order form for each dog. Mail a copy of the printed form, along with your payment, to the address listed below. Please keep a printed copy of each request for your records. I accept money orders or personal checks for domestic (USA only) requests. The Pedigree will be mailed upon receipt of a money order. Personal checks will be held 10 days for first time customers before pedigree is mailed. For international (non-USA) requests, please send an International Money Order or a Foreign Draft. You may also use PayPAL (International or USA). All payments must be made in US currency. Actual shipping charges will be added to those outside the USA. If you have good quality photographs of your dogs or any dogs in the pedigree, please send them to me and I will include them on the pages for the individual dogs. Also please include a copy of the dogs' scorebook so that I can verify the titles.
